of letters and numbers e.g. 8PH0V3T6.

sure that you have typed your password correctly. Common misspellings
are:
letter "O" instead of numeric zero "0" and the
opposite
letter "I" instead of numeric one "1" and the
opposite
letter "Z" instead of numeric two "2" and the
opposite
